More than one element between hotel, golf green fees, car hire and transfers to golf courses.
Reservation process for packages booked time in advance
• Fill the quote request form.
• As soon as we receive your quote request, we send you our best quote.
• We work on the package, adapt it to your needs and if you are happy with it, you confirm us to start the booking reservation process.
• We send you the package confirmation once it is completely booked and if you agree with it, we request your credit card details or to do the bank transfer for the package payment.
• Once we have the full amount for the bookings paid, we send you the vouchers to be presented to the golf courses and hotels as proof of payment and reservation.
Golf only reservations or hotel only reservations
Reservation conditions
• Fill the reservation form for hotels or golf green fees.
• As soon as we receive your request, we come back to you with the exact amount for the requested.
• Once you confirm you want to go-ahead, we start the reservation process.
• As soon as the reservation is confirmed as requested, we ask your credit card details (Visa, Master Card or Euro 6000) to charge you the full amount and in return, we send you the golf / hotel voucher via e-mail as proof of payment and reservation.
Last minute reservations (less than 24 hours in advance or outside working days)
• We are online via e-mail and phone at pratically any time of the day, 365 days a year and if we see ourselves in the imposibility to take care of your booking, we tell you inmediatly to avoid anyone loosing time.
Last minute reservations through SMS (if no easy access to computers)
• Send Patrizia's mobile an SMS or if you are new client, fill the reservation form for hotels or golf green fees and inform us in the case you would not have further easy access to a computer so we continue the process of reservation via sms or phone calls.
• We will confirm your tee-time(s) through SMS text message and will request your credit card details for us to take your payment once the booking done and send the voucher(s) to the golf course(s) directly as your proof of payment.
Payment conditions
• For reservations of over 1.000 euros, we take a 10% non-refundable deposit and the balance 6 weeks before arrival.
• For reservations of over 1.000 euros made less than 3 months in advance, the full amount will be charged to you at the reservation time.
• For reservations of less than 1.000 euros, the full amount is requested at the booking confirmation time.
Way of payment
• By credit card with no extra charges (Visa / Master Card / Euro 6000)
• Via bank transfer to the account we will provide you.
• In cash in our office of the Duquesa Port, Manilva (between Sotogrande and Estepona).
