You send us the bank transfer and inform us of the date the transfer took place.
For payments by credit cards, please fill in and sign the credit card authorization form and send it back to us by fax or e-mail. |

We take the payment via your credit card (or wait for your bank tranfer) and as soon as it is charged, we send you the receipt of your payment.
Any balance due, will be charged automatically to your credit card two months before arrival or the bank transfer need to be sent before that time. |

Once full payments have been received, we send you the vouchers by e-mail to be presented to the hotels and golf courses. |
| Reservations: |
|
Bookings can be made between one year and the day of arrival as long as we are available to answer your request on time. We usually check our e-mails 7 days a week. Regular client having access to Partizia's mobile number may send an sms text message for last minute golf or hotel bookings. |
| Deposit: |
|
Packages up to 6.000 euros require a 15% deposit.
Packages of 6.000 euros and over require a 25% deposit. The 15% deposit may varie depending on the package requested and depending of the golf courses and hotel payment conditions.
Deposits are non-refundable. |
| Balance: |
|
The balance must be in our account 2 months before arrival. |

IN CASH: for daily golf and hotel bookings in our office of the Duquesa Port (30 minutes from Marbella).

We understand that changes of number of people in groups may happen several times before the day of arrival and allow these with no extra charge until the day of arrival or day of game as long as the hotel and golf courses allow us to do these changes without any extra charges or cancellation fees. |
| Cancellations: |
|
Deposits are non-refundable.
Any cancellations made between 6 and 2 weeks prior to arrival are subject to the cancellation conditions of each individual supplier.
Therefore, all cancellations made within this period shall be dealt with on an individual basis.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before arrival will be charged 100%. |
