GOLF HOTEL PACKAGES BOOKING TERMS
Reservation process
• Fill the quote request form.
• As soon as we receive your request, we send you our best quote.
• We work on your package, adapt it to your needs and if you are happy with it, you confirm us to start the booking reservation process.
• We send you the package confirmation once completely booked and if you agree with it, we request a deposit or full amount depending on the group size and the arrival date.
• Once we have the full amount for the bookings paid, we send you the vouchers to be presented to the golf courses and hotels as proof of payment and reservation with us.
Payment conditions
• For golf hotel package reservations made from 4 months in advance, we request between 10% and 50% non-refundable deposit depending on the package size and elements, and the balance 2 months before arrival.
• For reservations made less than 3-4 months in advance, the full amount will be requested at the booking confirmation time.
• For reservations of golf only groups, the full amount is requested at the booking confirmation time.
Way of payment
• Via bank transfer to the account we will provide you.
• In cash in our office of the Duquesa Port.
