Marbella Resort Golf Club
Marbella Club Golf Resort has been designed by Dave Thomas of Belfry and San Roque Club fame, Marbella Golf Club Resort winds between pines, cork oaks, gall oaks and other indigenous flora and offers marvellous views down to the sea and across to North Africa.
The varied design on Marbella Club Golf Resort means that players will need to use all the clubs in their golf bags as the course demands accuracy and not a little technique.
The 12th, with its slight uphill dogleg to the right, requires care on the second shot if you want to avoid the large lake in front of the wide, horizontally laid green. The 18th offers a spectacular finish from high tees.
On Marbella Club Golf course, there is plenty of space but two trees in the middle of the fairway will give pause for thought and further down a 150-year-old gall oak guards the approach to the green some seventy yards out. |

This is a fabulous course situated in the hills, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The design is excellent and the green-keeper maintains an exquisite standard.
