Mijas Golf, Los Lagos course is the longer of the two which comprise Mijas Golf. Mijas Los Lagos is a ground course with wide fairways and a few forest trees obstacles, but is defended by many bunkers and nine lakes, from which the course gets its name and which easily trap the ball. Mijas Los Lagos, a course with soft movement and large greens. It could be said that the American designer wanted to present a course especially for amateurs, but at the same time, it can present a challenge for the best players.
Both courses pay homage to the architect's philosophy difficult Par, easy Bogey , with very little rough, plenty of water and relatively flat. The Mijas Golf Club House is an old Andalusian cortijo (farmhouse), and beside it, one can feel the continual buzz on the terraces of the Restaurant, where the variety of our clientele can be noticed |

| Patrizia's comment: |
Mijas Los Lagos course is a flat championship course and much more enjoyable walking. Perfect to be played on your first day of arrival or last day before returning to the airport. Recommended for all kinds of golfers. | | |
