San Roque New Golf Club | |
The variety we have on San Roque Old Golf course and San Roque New Golf course offers all golfers a unique choice of two courses, one which reaches peak condition in summer (New Course) and one which reaches peak condition in the winter (Old Course). The golfer has the choice of two diverse championship standard golf courses, playing on two different types of grasses within the same resort!
The San Roque Old Course, opened to the public in 1990, is lush all year round due to the mixture of grasses used (the greens are pencross) and while the majority of clients prefer to ride, it is a very walkable course.
The San Roque New Course, officially inaugurated today 4th November 2004, is quite unique in design. A joint venture for Perry Dye (USA) and Seve Ballesteros, who says: I am proud of what we created at San Roque. This masterpiece combines the best of links golf with a TPC Stadium feel. Its challenge Hill entice you back, time and time again.
The varied types of bermuda grass used on San Roque New Golf course predominantly allow players to drive the buggy right to the ball on the fairway, even in the winter. Bermuda or pencross, the choice is yours. |

The San Roque New course offers something completely different from its older brother& play it on its own terms and you will be pleasantly surprised. Good for all golfers. | | |
